While this company shows more than 900 employees on the internet, they actually have less than 10 employees. The company is a captive shared service for the US businesses of the directors sons. These US businesses are all smoke screens and the sons are actually involved in illegal practices and cheating people of their money. There are numerous fraud, Tax evasion and cheating cases going on in the US against the promoters sons and they have filed for Bankruptcy in the US courts. Cambridge struggles every month in paying salaries to its employees because being a captive shared service they are fully dependent on the US entities for funds when all the US entities have negative cashflows due to the sons siphoning off all the money. As a result employees are rarely paid salaries on time. I myself have had to file a law suit against the directors for recovery of my salary....Read More
