The organisation has an extremely poor work culture. Teachers are treated poorly and disrespectfully by students as well as school authorities. Teachers do not get leaves even on national holidays. There is no appreciation or concerns shown towards the employee. No matter how unwell you are or whatever you are going through, you will not be given leaves.

Harassment at top level.Explotation if you want to enquire anything. Opposing all the government laws and deducting salary according to their convenience.Fraud organisation.Nonethless they have no shame of using mails of the staff to get the review. Pressurized them to write the best reviews by making them sit in front of them. As ialso became the victim of it.Even on Google reviews all the mails are of staff not of parents.. Session 2017-18 was the first year for Vatsal in the school and the kind of progress he had in the firste year itself is tremendous- kudos and my heartfelt tears to all the teachers!!! Kanchan Ma'am is the best teacher he would have, I am sure and I will that she becomes his class teacher next year also. Aasha Ma'am taught him to eat vegetables.
