Company can terminate you at anytime,no job security. There is no value for our time, hard work, dedication and effort. I spent 7 year's in this company. Management was really good till 2019, after that i have seen worst management. After your outstanding performance in return you get a termination letter at mid of night because you're salary is bit high and they want to do cost cutting.
