Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Lot of problem statement to solve which is good but again as a designer you will only get one problem to see Tech debt. Tbh there is not any growth you can see here be it learning, problem solving or anything else You have to be very good at lot of things if you choose Callhub, but if you are good at everything then why choose Callhub? Some PMs (moved to some other position) talks a lot as they know everything but please learning few things will never make you best in that work skill let it be handle by that core person.
