Poor , incompetent and unethical management, zero transparency. Lack of accountability in management and in general irresponsible decision making. No stocks RSUs for engineers. No work-life balance even if you are a high performer. No appraisal. Appraisal system doesn't exist. No career growth talk only you have to work day and night on unclear requirements and degrade your health. Zero transparency as an organisation. Manager feels they are kings...Whatever we say it's right. You just have to follow. Plz don't ask questions, otherwise you will be questioned more or same task will be given to you as an award for questioning the design problem. No rewards and recognition. They will praise you on PPTs only. Now that are counting the number of chicken pieces we eat during the lunch time. Only two pieces per person....Read More

We have a very relaxed work-life balance compared to other products teams in our company.

Dislikes

Zero drive. Very old tech stack and daily tasks are mundane. This might be related to my current team that I'm working on, but I've heard people on few product teams work on some awesome tech stack. But that rarely happens here.
