"Working in California has its ups and downs. One thing I do like is the emphasis on punctuality—you're expected to be on time. However, the downside is that there's no clear end to your workday. At least one extra hour is mandatory, and sometimes you just don’t know when you’ll be able to go home. It can be a bit tiring, not knowing when the workday will actually end

"Working in California is challenging. First off, going home feels like a dream—you're often expected to work at least one extra hour, and sometimes it's unclear when you’ll get off. There are three shifts, but you never know which one you'll be working the next day. Your holiday schedule isn't fixed either; if they need staff, you’ll get a call and have to show up, or face consequences. The work culture is toxic, with no boundaries, and the manager is the worst. They think if you're not openly disrespectful, you're not doing your job right. Forget about a proper lunch break; if you’re lucky enough to have one, the manager will suggest you talk to the owner about setting fixed lunch hours. The job involves standing all day, a minimum of 10 hours, and yes, the managers have to do the same. There’s just so much more to say, but honestly, words don’t even do it justice."...Read More
