Working at Caliber is good as a fresher and Job Security is available, Work Culture is Ok, Management Interaction is Ok, Company Policies are Ok. Provided opportunity to work from home in this pandemic is good.

Dislikes

Caliber Technologies have been working on the old technologies and there are no proper amenities provided to give 100 % service for the company. No proper interaction activities within the team, no proper recognitions and rewards, not even team lunch or team outings are offered by managers or by the company. There is only once in a year Annual Celebrations for around 10 days along with regular work are being celebrated with very limited budget. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Also the increments and salary structure is not upto the industry standards</mark>. Work Details

I used to travel cities for the trainings and implementation of software across Pharma clients but only the hotel stay expenses were paid by the company DA was very less and in the same DA we have to adjust our lunch and dinner which was very hard.
