Worst company I have ever seen in my life , there's no proper staffing, you won't get your salary on proper time , whatever they promise during the interview is utter nonsense and all are fake . And if they don't have staff that's not our problem because of this they put pressure on a single person and how that person will manage won't he be tired ? If you work extra also they won't pay you no incentives no bonus nothing but if you do any mistake then and there you need to pay this how this company is and it's been 7 months I didn't received my travel allowances yet . If you try to open your mouth they will either ig ore it or try to shut your mouth by blaming you for no reason or else harass you . Don't ever join this company . They won't even appreciate you if you are doing good work only blame for no reason....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
