Worst company I have ever seen in my life , there's no proper staffing, you won't get your salary on proper time , whatever they promise during the interview is utter nonsense and all are fake . And if they don't have staff that's not our problem because of this they put pressure on a single person and how that person will manage won't he be tired ? If you work extra also they won't pay you no incentives no bonus nothing but if you do any mistake then and there you need to pay this how this company is and it's been 7 months I didn't received my travel allowances yet . If you try to open your mouth they will either ig ore it or try to shut your mouth by blaming you for no reason or else harass you . Don't ever join this company . I had a very frustrating experience working at Cafe Coffee Day Guwahati. There is no work-life balance, and the lack of fixed days off makes it difficult to have any personal time. The salary is low, and employees are often treated poorly by management, feeling more like servants than valued team members.(Iam telling about only guwahati cafes) The expectation to work beyond scheduled hours without any overtime pay is exhausting. Additionally, there’s little to no recognition of festivals or celebrations, which takes away from the sense of community in the workplace. Giving too high a target that makes the customer run away and scream and GM of Delhi says anything to any team member and store manager without thinking Whereas some people pay more attention to girls than work and even if someone is working hard, it has no value. They work excessive overtime for which no money is paid and if the target is not achieved it is paid from their salary. If someone does not have his own vehicle or because of money he has to go home from complete their night shift, then the GM " Mr. RAHUL JAIRATH" makes him work forcibly or goes by cab and asks him to pay money to the company. Today it has been 5 months since I left you and till now the company has not paid me my salary and no one is taking any action for this. The best part working at CCD was the employees, all were very hard working. Every employee working now is struggling with their work now. However Mr Sathyananda (President) Mr Krishna (GM) was the best known person.

One of the most worst management ever. Mr Vicky Singh (VP) and Mr Shiva Krishna Gajula have ruined the environment of the office. None of them don't have a simple layman knowledge. Both of them have experience in accounts and billing. But now they are running Supply Chain and logistics. It was very difficult to make them understand simple data. Surprisingly after Mr Vicky and Mr Shiva took charge 9 employees have resigned.
