Seriously, SOme managers will treat you as if you are slave, no opportunities for computer science students, join only if you are electronics design engineer. Some Mangers expects you to work even on weekends. No holiday you can ask.

- Have been in a Team where cream work of Automation/Dev is done by the manager and labor work is given to the team. - Apart from work nothing else has been taken(like your learning etc.) or promoted. - Employee gets fired overnight without knowing the reason. - The manager expects always you to be a machine. - No growth in careerdevelopment in my Team. Overall pretty awesome work place with competent coworkers and great employee benefits.

Dislikes

Nothing really. Since the company values its employees there are people working for over 20 years is very common. This leads to lesser no of promotions.
