DSP technology at Cadence Pune is good to learn for couple of years. It is a good exposure.

Work culture it is like a govt company, lot of micromanagement, very toxic, no support at all, it is like fully dominated culture, people only care about work interms of binary work is done or not. If not then you are considered in-capable no matter what, I mean literally no-one gives a damn if u faced any issue.

Don't join Tempus team. It is the worst. lot of people have left the team or moved abroad. Seniors are unfriendly and unsupportive. They can even go to the point of harassing you. Overall in cadence, old people have created lobbies due to their insecurities. This will cap your progress.

The office is beautiful and very peaceful. The vibe is positive and the food is good. Office cab facility is also good. The work culture in general is good but it also depends on your manager as well and in which team you are working.
