During my time at C3ihub I observed significant challenges related to office politics, no tools to be learnt for skill upgradation which affected the overall working environment and team morale. In particular: Favoritism: Certain individuals received preferential treatment, which led to unfair distribution of opportunities and recognition. In advance rohit Negi - a Uttarakhandi is real shit who has degraded the overall reputation and working of company along with his uttarakhadi team head a stammer (mridul chamoli) whose expertise is to pretend that he is hardworking but again shit. The company is headed by Bengali maid who are just fooling government and earning money. Lack of Transparency: Decision-making processes were not always clear, leaving many employees feeling excluded or undervalued.
