So Many things. Specially wanted to mention the vaccination drive which has been taken by Our MD Sir for employees on 5th June 2021 at AMRI Hospital. Pround to be part of C-Quel where company always takes social responsibility on his 1st priority. So much respect and gratitude towards Company. C-Quel is among those rare MSMEs to complete CoVID vaccinations for their entire workforce. Not only for employees, for their family members and even for their extended family members too. Not even big MNCs are doing this. This shows C-Quel cares.

As the pandemic hit the world massively, especially the corporate world, C-Quel has never made us realise that we are going through any tough time. Even before the government has declared this as a pandemic our MD Sir has provided us with masks and vitamins to keep our health in check. Starting from smooth running of WFH set-up to keeping us motivated through desktop yoga sessions, Sir and Ma'am has always helped us during this tough time. As the whole world is struggling to get their first dose of vaccine, C-Quel has arranged a vaccination camp for all their employees where we all got our vaccine hassle-free. C-Quel is one organization that has always put welfare of employees beyond other aspects of business. In early 2020, even before the world started to reel under the effects of Covid-19, the management had asked all team members to start wearing masks and prioritise their health . The same genuine concerns have continued till date where team members have been reminded to adhere to Covid appropriate behaviour and not take the pandemic lightly. The management should also be credited for the hassle free vaccination drive organised recently for the team members. Although I like everything about C-Quel but to start with let us take the example of the priviledges received during Covid. Our Managing Director gifted us with high quality masks & vitamin C tablets during that time when people were unaware of the harsh consequences of Covid. People use to laugh at us for wearing masks .Apart from the regular insurance , covid specific insurance provided for not only the employees but their family members, Daily fresh masks were distributed to those who visited office regularly. I was moved by the recent vaccination drive from C-Quel . It included not only employees but extended family members as well. This is rare in corporates these days. This is where C-Quel is different from other ruthless corporates. There is not a single salary cut during the lockdown period despite this huge economic crisis. This is also rare. Working with team C-Quel since last 2 years 6 months and so on, there are a lot of reasons to stay with the company. Great place to learn and explore new things, Best Grievance mechanism, Salaries are always on time without any pay cut. In such a pendamic situation my company supported all our team members and no one suffered any pay cut on salary. Management is very supportive in all manner and always treats us just like a family member, if you are in any trouble you are just one call away and you will get all possible support. This is a very good platform for productive feedback for genuine improvement. But it is extremely disappointing that some people are using this just to take some nasty revenge for self interest. The most strange part is that those people are only writing these destructive and abusive feedback who were asked to leave C-Quel because of performance issues post giving series of chances and for serious behavioral issues. In my career of 20 years with C-Quel, I have never seen any unethical and unjustified things happening with anyone. C-Quel employees are given live training and chances to grow. In this tough competitive world where a person always searches for better opportunities, staying in one organization continuously for 20 years itself implies the specialty of the organization. During this pandemic situation the help we have received from C-Quel is really unforgettable. C-Quel was the 1st company in West Bengal may be India who distributed Mask among their employees along with vitamin C tablets on 7th March 2020. It was much before the Covid Pandemic actually started in India. Our Management are always there in not only our need but also the need for our family. Despite such economic crisis, they have always ensured a sense of safety & security for all of us. When all the other companies tried to reduce their cost by cutting salary, C-Quel incurred extra cost to enhance health insurance benefits for all the family members of C-Quel employees even for ESI coverable employees for speedy treatment. Apart from this one thing which deserve special mention is no salary cut/ reduced salary during this trying times where company is going through huge financial crisis because of Pandemic. Salary was paid on time/ before time always. C-Quel took extra care for employees who were unwell during this Covid situation. Company is too strict regarding work norms and ethics. Working hours are often extended and at times too much work pressure. Salary as comparatively low. Annual appraisal, bonus and timely incentives brings a little balance to it.

C-Quel's policy is very simple: no compromise for corruption or unethical practices, be it for internal administration or for services to clients. The top management always speaks about fair means. Another most important thing in C-Quel is that: if you deserve you'll get your proper value in this organisation. No one is deprived, There is 360 degree review mechanism for analyzing the performance. Job environment is very friendly and process flow is mostly technology driven. We always encourage automation for the defined processes. I've seen some anonymous posts where it is mentioned "in this platform senior employees is writing only about the good things about the company". I want to mention here that: ex-employees who didn't have the capability or efficiency to secure a permanent post in this company may write many things. The most awesome & the golden phase of my life started 6 years back when I joined C-Quel Management Services Pvt Ltd. It's really painful to see the real non performers who stayed in C-Quel for merely 6 months or less are even daring to judge C-Quel.The most weird part is that some people are writing who were never associated with the history of C-Quel. Anyways these criticisms hardly matters when you are absolutely loyal to your service both to the society and to the country and indeed there is no equal to C-Quel here.I personally feel priviledged to be part of such an organisation where ethics plays the most important role. I would love to mention the following points pertaining to C-Quel that touched my heart: 1. Distribution of Mask & vitamins much before Covid 19 started in Bengal on 07.03.2020. 2. I was touched when C-Quel extended the medical coverage for my family considering the current pandemic situation. 3. During these trying times when all other corporates were going for cost cutting , there was not a single day of salary cut from C-Quel and salary payment was made well within and sometimes before the timelines.This was a very big relief for us. 4. Provided bonus on time before the Durga Pujo . 5.Considering the ongoing pandemic situation ,our beloved and respected directors helped us to stay active, motivated and charged up by sharing motivational & inspirational videos. 6.Despite their busiest of schedule they always make sure that we don't feel lost.
