The firm has few very experienced people to learn about the industry from.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture and no work life balance. No grievance handling, Human Resource doesn’t function properly. No growth or if it is there, it is very slow. The company boasts of a good culture without actually having any culture.

Dislikes

Really bad company culture and no work life balance. The employees are under paid. The company doesn't value its employees when they are in the organization. Doesn't support for their growth. If the employee tries to leave the company for a better opportunity, they either relieve them early and ask them to pay for the notice period unserved. Or they harass the employee during the notice period. The company would ask the employee to relocate to an expensive city without compensation and then later ask the employee to repay for the flight tickets and food and even laundry and hotel stay when the employee decided to leaves. Not sure if this is a regular practice at an MNC. The employee attrition rate in the company is extremely high. Just a very transparent review....Read More
