Great university to work-in. Good work-life balance though they do not have more public holidays but flexible timings.

Dislikes

I don't find anything to dislike. Yes appraisals and promotions are late. Even recruitments. I feel which is common in most of the universities

University Management is very bad. There are no proper systems in place. Teaching faculties are forced to do clerical jobs also—no salary increment. Salary is not credited on a fixed date, in some months it will be at the beginning of the month and next month there is no sign of compensation till the 25th. With time workload keeps increasing without any increment in salary.

Terrible work culture and the registrar of the university thinks, she is Bramha. She mentally and emotionally harasses her subordinates.

They do not follow rules and regulation in terms of Gratuity and not paid me after servicing 5.5 years. In-spite of that while working, I gave 100% of my experience by support to get win 31 Welder / Welding Engineer in the national level for Gold & Silver medal to the students.

Bad management. Encouraged them who are ineligible for nepotism.
