I don't know why people written all the rubbish reviews about this organization, I am strongly disagree with all the bad reviews bcz i was a part of Mr. Anand Dewan's team. He is an incredible person having an amazing personality. He is the one who transformed my life. his endless support all the life lessons he taught throughout this one and half year i can never forget. If I given the chance, I would always choose to be led by Mr. Anand Dewan and of course my other manager Ms. Jalaja Mehta. She is very nice person. The so called Chief Flow Officer functions in his own flow without any ground level understanding and just a single agenda of BEI irrespective of your revenue generated.Its better to be a non performer and just stick to the parameters if you want to work for this organisation
