I don't know why people written all the rubbish reviews about this organization, I am strongly disagree with all the bad reviews bcz i was a part of Mr. Anand Dewan's team. He is an incredible person having an amazing personality. He is the one who transformed my life. his endless support all the life lessons he taught throughout this one and half year i can never forget. If I given the chance, I would always choose to be led by Mr. Anand Dewan and of course my other manager Ms. Jalaja Mehta. She is very nice person. The only thing I liked about the organization was the opportunities to learn and the Coaching sessions for employees

Unrealistic targets in certain divisions - without proper workforce. Some senior leaders favor only those who suck-up to them. A lot of politics within the system. Inter-Brand competition has gotten so nasty, that some employees, in order to please their bosses, hide things from colleagues. Lack of transparency - Top down - peer topeer - everywhere. Unfair advantage given to employees at the HO - for promotions etc. Senior leadership hide the dirty realities of the group from the MD and cover up everything. Company has a vibrant assessment based evaluation system for employees. There is lot to learn if you want to learn.

Rest of the teams are fine. Do not join the team which the group CEO heads. It is very toxic. And you will not enjoy a single day in his team. Avoid big time.

Manager is total freak. Molestt trainee girls and torture them mentally. Groupism is at its peak, and manager only support those who worship him .it doesn't matter how well you work unless you worship him you didn't listen the manager you never match the criteria of promotion.

The so called Chief Flow Officer functions in his own flow without any ground level understanding and just a single agenda of BEI irrespective of your revenue generated.Its better to be a non performer and just stick to the parameters if you want to work for this organisation
