If you work as a contract base then no job security and no growth at your personal development career, no chance of upgrade salary , no other benefits like as a medical insurance, gratuity, increments, over time pay, unsecured. And if you permanently employee then you have achieve all facility above i mentioned.

There is lot of politics & castism. Sencere Employees doesn't get appréciation. Juniors getting higher post due to cast. Well deserved Employees are working very hard but not fairly treated. Career growth is slow. On the job training not given to New jointes.
