BYJU'S is a great company to work for. The management team is very supportive and genuinely cares about the employees' well-being. The work environment is also very friendly, and it's easy to make friends with co-workers.

Dislikes

The pay is not competitive compared to other companies in the same industry.

With a lot of ideas, I joined BYJU'S as an associate content developer. BYJU'S was the perfect fertile ground for me to grow as a writer and content developer. It is great to see the level of effort that goes into creating content that will eventually help students. I am happy to be a part of the change.

At times you get a writer's blog but need to deal with it as the team is strict in deadlines.

I really love my workplace. They environment is very friendly and my colleagues are really great. They are welcoming and motivate us to get work done. My TL is the best one. She teaches us to not give up and do our best. We live like a family and have each others back at the time.

Dislikes

Sometimes travelling to work can be difficult. However, if you have a vehicle of your own then it is fine!

BYJU'S and its founders are keen on offering the safest working space for all their employees. Being a woman I love this about BYJU'S. More than 40% of BYJU'S employees are women! It is lovely to walk into an office where there is ample representation of yourself. It is a refreshing idea.

Dislikes

The office is fully air conditioned all the times so i need to use a jacket to keep myself warm.

The people I work with are great. They are very smart and I learn a lot from them. The team is also very diverse, which helps us see things from different perspectives.
