Work life was hectic and fully loaded. But one gets immense happiness while talking to kids and solving their issues, also when there is over-achievement of targets.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
