There is nothing to like about byjus. But, byjus gave me a decent salary when no when was ready to give me a chance.

Dislikes

Their work culture, unrealistic revenue sales target, no appreciation, taking every bit of your energy and potential and still expecting more. Don't know how many household it had destroyed by giving them financial worries, demoralizing kids infronts of their parents, parents losing hope from their kids because of our selfish sales strategies.

There are so many reasons for dislike. They just give you hopes of big salary package. But in reality we are not received salary as per offer letter. They put lots of requirements to get full salary. No job security. No incentive. No support.. no fix time. Abuses everytime.

The payment procedure of byju's is extremely good we always use to receive our salaries on the particular dates there was no other consequences we have ever faced during receiving payment so salary

The work culture is extremely toxic the management has no control over the what politics work life balance is low people are treated like machines, while doing sales we need to compromise our work ethics sometime customer satisfaction part is not being entertain by the manager

I have learn so many things of there.i had good colleague and friends. I had a team, they are my inspiration. Mostly I want to say there have some Good managers, they are not forgottbelee.

This is a Giant company, Boss and manager are thinks always as a street dog to us. There is no promotion, no salary growth, no incentive. No guarantee for your job. Any time This is So called Boss has decided who have in system or who not. Last 3 month salary pending to us, there is no messages or no mail from their side. Absolutely untrusted and untruthful company.

One of the worst organisations to start your career with . The trauma the company and its people give to the team is unimaginable. They try to blame you for everything and anything. Don’t have the courtesy to speak up for their own .

I heard that the work culture isn't good and they follow wrong sales tactics and that would be true I am sure but I never experienced that being a non sales person. I liked the culture. All my managers in every project were very supportive and friendly.

Everything about the company was awesome Until March 2022, then its the opposite.

1. Fraudulent Management, no matter what they say, I have seen their fraudulent activities live and surprised how the founders are still roaming freely. 2. Has spoiled 1000's of customer Bureau score by opening the loans in their name, not closing the loans even after customer cancelling the course and they just let the loan go to delinquency by lying to the customer that the loan is closed. Customer will only get to know about this when they go to apply for a new loan and gets rejected due to bad bureau score. 3. This is even worst than point 2, they collected EMI's and Foreclosure from customers and they never remitted that money against customers loan. There are 1000's of customers who have made 100% payment but their loan is under delinquency because Byjus has utilized the payment money and left the loans go into delinquency. 4. You have freedom to run your centre according to you as an Academic Manager. I got learn a lot if things like parent (customer handling,Faculty Management, Work Load is very less, If you are preparing for an exam this job is best for you because you get a lot of time for self study and self development. The pay scale is amazing specially if you are a fresher.

No job security, You can be laid off at any time during cost cutting, It won't matter how good you are at your work or what ever good you have done for the company if you will in upper bucket (high package) you can we laid off at any cost-cutting process.
