I will been working at BYJU'S for about a year now and it's been a great experience. The team is very bright and diverse and I will learned so much from them. It is not just technical skills: they will also given me the opportunity to develop my leadership and communication skills, which are invaluable in any industry.

Dislikes

There are some long days of work but that is expected which can be really exhausting.

BYJU'S has a great team of people who are always willing to help. The work culture is amazing and the place is fun to b e at. You learn a lot from the employees here, especially about how education can build lives.

the most challenging part of working here is the workload. The amount of work that comes in is overwhelming at times, but the team manages it well.

Made a couple of good friends that's the only good thing about Byju's

The company doesn't facilitate the learning and growing exposure, The work culture is toxic and the number of hours is 10 hours daily. Work-life balance is close to Null. After working there more than a year there is nothing which i have learnt in terms of technical growth for future.
