To be very honest I don't like anything about byjus. No hard or grudges for the company but my whole experience sumup on the word that experience was pathetic.

To submarize, my overall experience was not upto the standard as I expected and thought would be at the time of training. I was of the opinion that I would be given a chance to guide students to the best of my abilities and would enhance my interpersonal skills. Despite, I had to work under the pressure of giving talk time and callsconnected instead of issue resolution and guidance/mentoring which is the role I was hired for. Since March, I have been shifted to the new project to book demo for sales for which I was not even asked if I am interested or not. One of the major setbacks which I have is the mismanagement and no standard procedure for rolling out incentives. There is no clarity and transparency regarding both mentoring and sales incentives. The management who is supposed to manage and guide us is itself not so managed. All I gained after working here for an year is how to work under a ton of pressure. The training period was like honeymoon period full salary and training and learning , 5 days working was a boon

They increase the pressure with time and after a period of time the expectations from the company becomes unrealistic and hard to achieve

Worst culture as the people's in management is totally partial to there chaplus people worst management only one this good that is that your salary is credited on every month 1st but u did not got your incentive and variable even though appraisal also

Firstly I got to learn a alot and secondly company was great and it cared for us when the owner was Karan bajaj for whitehat jr once the owner was byjus the company was hell.

Dislikes

The company owner doesn't know how to handle a business he just spends money on sponsoring sports and pays no salary. This job cannot give a person happiness and it will just give stress. They make you work like crazy with minimal salary with no hope of promotion or raise. The company doesn't not listen to your problems. Overall not recommended.

Salary perk. Also if you can connect to parents easily with sweet talk then it's the best job in the world. It's a post sale position.

Dislikes

The position is that of a cust executive providing resolutions and following up but no resolution you can provide as no power is being given to a mentor except for creating cases.
