I love how we work as a team and help each other out with any problem or task. We have weekly meetings where we discuss issues that have come up in our day-to-day work

Sometimes the pay is very less when compared to other companies in the same industry.

Nothing will be handed to you, you have to work hard for it. It's a great place to learn. but if you don't put in the effort, you won't get anywhere.

One thing I love about BYJU'S is that, their work culture is very nice and flexible. since they prioritize us, we are given the flexibility to work from anywhere and get the work done at the end of the day. I really love working here. My manager also allows me to take equal amount of time off from work.

I dislike that the meetings run for a long time sometimes, and there is usually very little time to prepare for it. This might irritate you if you're a sticker for schedules.
