Having worked in the edtech world for a few years now, BYJU'S offers the best. From a friendly workplace culture to great monetary benefits, BYJU'S is the best! The managers are really motivating and teach us every time we make a mistake. Really love working here.

Sometimes we are asked to work overtime, which can be stressing at times.

It was difficult for me to acclimate over the first several days.

Work Details

They gave me time to recover while I was sick COVID and even lowered my workload so I didn't have to work so hard. They performed an outstanding job!

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
