The payment procedure of byju's is extremely good we always use to receive our salaries on the particular dates there was no other consequences we have ever faced during receiving payment so salary

The work culture is extremely toxic the management has no control over the what politics work life balance is low people are treated like machines, while doing sales we need to compromise our work ethics sometime customer satisfaction part is not being entertain by the manager

The time when I joined byjus at the end of 2019 start of covid was excited to onboard worked hard everything was going good getting incentives which basically in idustry was tough to get that exposure post lockdown went to office started conduction (direct sales) used to get cabs to visit feel amazed hitted 5 lakh per week get top on the chart got promoted in 1- months everything was going good till then after 7-8 month after being as a manager things were start getting worse slowly then had seen many transition slowly hotels and cabs were start getting closed by organisation. Leads issues arised and many more things still we stick to the ethics and hard work we learned in the system after getting worse all the team switched to inside sales working there for almost 5-6 months then switched to Btc worked for almost 7-8 months as area buisness head in time being I got promotion as well but things were start getting even worse when salary start getting delayed and then there was no salary for 2 month. So that’s ok as I had spent a very long duration with the company whatever I had learned I had learned it from this company had given so many things when we were on the peak time. Freedom to work and incorporate your ideas, company is focusing currently on the objectives and only your deliverables are questioned that too not too much currently. Office timings have to be adhered to and if work is channelized in the right manner you can get it done without much pressure.

I heard that the work culture isn't good and they follow wrong sales tactics and that would be true I am sure but I never experienced that being a non sales person. I liked the culture. All my managers in every project were very supportive and friendly.

Everything about the company was awesome Until March 2022, then its the opposite.

1. Fraudulent Management, no matter what they say, I have seen their fraudulent activities live and surprised how the founders are still roaming freely. 2. Has spoiled 1000's of customer Bureau score by opening the loans in their name, not closing the loans even after customer cancelling the course and they just let the loan go to delinquency by lying to the customer that the loan is closed. Customer will only get to know about this when they go to apply for a new loan and gets rejected due to bad bureau score. 3. This is even worst than point 2, they collected EMI's and Foreclosure from customers and they never remitted that money against customers loan. There are 1000's of customers who have made 100% payment but their loan is under delinquency because Byjus has utilized the payment money and left the loans go into delinquency. 4. Money laundering has happened from the company in a very creative way by fooling the entire law. 5. The list goes on....Read More

Good knowledge providing edu tech but work culture is aggressive and people are addicted to their culture and many pains and many torture for employees, doesn't went outside of company , everyone know what they're doing but it was made by their hierarchies.
