I apprectaite them for giving me my first job right during my graduation. The pay was pretty good and it was unexpected. The company focused on employee development. There were frequent team outings and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with byjus. Few managers who had good experience outside byjus were very supportive and acknowledged harkwork and efforts.

Dislikes

Tough the pay was very good but the work-life balance was negligible. Even if you had 30 casual leaves available , 15 sick leaves. U had to email manager well in advance for your sick leaves also. How on earth can a person predict when he or she is gonna fell sick? Plus sometimes it was like working for no heart person. There was zero human nature seen in managers who had started career in byjus and were working for the company for quite a lot time. Nothing to like, company didn't give me maternity benefits infact it has terminated me when my leave started. I was very helpless there. I was in hospital to deliver my baby and insurance company denied to pay my insurance coverage stated that company has terminated me 3 months before

One of the worst organisations to start your career with . The trauma the company and its people give to the team is unimaginable. They try to blame you for everything and anything. Don’t have the courtesy to speak up for their own .

I heard that the work culture isn't good and they follow wrong sales tactics and that would be true I am sure but I never experienced that being a non sales person. I liked the culture. All my managers in every project were very supportive and friendly.

Job Security. But that was also not company's fault since it went down itself how could it save other people's jobs.

I really appreciate the innovative and fast placed environment at BYJUS. And it's the best company and I have really enjoyed working with byjus.

Everything about the company was awesome Until March 2022, then its the opposite.

1. Fraudulent Management, no matter what they say, I have seen their fraudulent activities live and surprised how the founders are still roaming freely. 2. Has spoiled 1000's of customer Bureau score by opening the loans in their name, not closing the loans even after customer cancelling the course and they just let the loan go to delinquency by lying to the customer that the loan is closed. Customer will only get to know about this when they go to apply for a new loan and gets rejected due to bad bureau score. 3. This is even worst than point 2, they collected EMI's and Foreclosure from customers and they never remitted that money against customers loan. There are 1000's of customers who have made 100% payment but their loan is under delinquency because Byjus has utilized the payment money and left the loans go into delinquency. 4. Money laundering has happened from the company in a very creative way by fooling the entire law. 5. The list goes on....Read More

Good knowledge providing edu tech but work culture is aggressive and people are addicted to their culture and many pains and many torture for employees, doesn't went outside of company , everyone know what they're doing but it was made by their hierarchies.
