The company is growing and expanding really fast and its turnovers are exponentially increasing year after year. The company provides best i the class salary and appraisals. As it is performance bases job, the the rewards are also high.

Apart from compensation everything is on the negative side. The work pressure is extremely high almost unbearable. Employees work 14-18 hours a day. Officially 5 days are working but managers will ask you to report to office on the off days also. No work life balance as you will be coming back home only after 11 PM everyday (sometimes might stretch to 1 AM) and then report to office at 9 AM the very next day. Also you do not get any paid leaves within the first 1 year. Only 4 declared holidays are there in a year. Working here is very stressful and can take a toll on your health....Read More

The only thing I can think of is salary and incentives. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, you get to travel all across the city where you are positioned.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value the hard work done by employees, they only care about revenue.

Coming to the bad things about the company. 1) Work life balance is not good.You will have too much work pressure,working hours and targets to achieve.Mon and Tue is an official off but your manager's will definately make you work on Monday.It was not tough for me as i used to achieve my target's and i used to love my work. 2) If you love sales and targets.your in a right place. 3)Career growth is good and based on your performance and most important thing,you should have a very good bonding with your manager and AVP of the respective city your working in. 4) You will learn to sale something on the spot,you will learn to convince people,you will learn CRM.(A good b2c experience)...Read More

Good and enthusiastic people around. Very good compensation benefits and rewards. Keeps you motivated for the next challenge. They give you good options for cabs and everthing else. Growth opportunities are plenty just work towards it.

Working culture. The supressed zist of making sales anyways. Unbearable work hours untill the meetings gets fixed and you comeup with revenue. Language of the people sometimes are really bad and you get frustrated due to working hours and loose balance of personal and professional life.

I joined them as a BDA sales and my job mostly was 3 days cold calling andmaking appointments to indian parents and 2 days on field meeting them and selling the product. Making revenue for the company and utilizing the leads from the system.
