RED FLAGS ALL OVER: 1. CORRUPTION FROM TOP TO BOTTOM: CEO and co-founder, Byju and his ex-student 🫦 and now wife are the epitome of Corruption and nepotism. Have discovered that they have their relatives working in the company across level (similar things I found at Zomato as well - 2016). Having your friends/family working with you gives fire to corruption, cheap office politics against naive, new and honest employees. They'll never get their due promotions as these a/holes will kill their opportunities. 2. PEOPLE WITH NO SIMILAR EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND APPROPRIATE SKILL SET WORKING: You're not finding a job in market because you're not from the associated grad/post grad program? Welcome to BYJU's, we have a job for every Tœm - Dïck and Hãrry of the market. You'll find BA pass (freshers), people with 7-8 years old work experience (grad level) working along side you at same levels, and here you've joined the company after post-grad, Say MBA level work experience. 3. PEOPLE WITH CORRUPT (BHRASHT) AND UNETHICAL MINDSET WORK HERE: You'll find 90/100 people working here just because they have cracked an unethical sale during their interview process as a stint. Yes, Byjus asks you to crack a real sale for getting selected for the job, for a lucrative starting CTC of say, 10LPA and you'd now even go put and fool your uncle/aunt/friends too, if you want the job and also are not from a similar education/work experience background. And thus, you get the job and continue fooling people where you don't even care of customers' financial status/paying capacity but sell them cheap / 3rd class products at Loans. Iske liye narak me alag se jagah hai, Shri Krishan ne Bhagwat Geeta me kaha hai. :) 4. UNFAIR PROMOTIONS: You're your boss's a//licker? Or you're a female who keeps the 1st two buttons of your shirt open when talking to your boss? Welcome to the TATTA CLUB, as a premium member, you'll get hikes as high as 15-20%. Forget about work ethics at work, your managers would not even think once to abuse your mother/sister infront of odd 30-50 people over meetings. :) That's a perk you get because you joined here. Now, that you know alot about BYJUs. Its your decision to join such a toxic circus (I feel shame to call it an organisation). I worked around 5 months here and in these 5 months i have loose my 7kg weight. This is the work culture of byjus When you enter the byjus office you seems everything fascinating. Life become hell when you step to floor and your manager ask for your productivity in every hour, how many dial you have did, to whom you talked and whatis the productivity of 1 hour, your salary will cut without any reason. Very bad company I suggest or giving advice not join this company. Because it's not trustable company for any employee, bad work culture, bad senior behaviour, bad selery rules only make foll the employees and cheat him. So I always suggest not join this company join another rather than this
