It was a good experience i got working with byjus, the job was easy when i have joined it was direct sale, but due to this covid issue we have lost the track , not got proper training , advice it was a hecitic situation we were going through, total i was very interested work it was like a car driving mode i feel, we have to identify where we should change the gear and where should give nitro.. and the company policies also good , we didnt wasted a single time, if have got remuneration for it, work pressure was high i have gone for door to door marketing you may not believe but it was fact,this current scenario made all things up and down...Read More

dislike first i want to tell that right now i am jobless, i had a good career , when i got a chance to work with Byjus i have jumped to this, not even thinking about my career, training i couldnt achieve ,and this current situation very high risk to get a job, and friend circle was good but had few strange behaviour who looking for our loop hole to kill us, we can tell politics was high , but i had never mind about it,working time was very high , but what i have i understood it is like we have to be Byjus, we are not just BDA , the BDA shld support Cx, shld provide service 24*7 , should look after theyr finance and student studies...Read More

The company's only thing in which it is best is the money part of it . You can work hard and earn close to lac if you over achieve your target.

This company doesn't provide you job security . The company doesn't follow any code of conduct or anything close to it. The company simply works on a simple principle which fire and hire people. There's no proper work life balance many of the times you don't get a week off . Getting work off on Saturday and Sunday is like a dream the company doesn't give you leaves even on public holidays whether it's 15th August or 26th January. Getting growth in this company is a very difficult task because people there in Bangalore office will get recognition very easily but people out Bangalore head office have no existence at all....Read More
