Worst working environment and politics

No process, no growth opportunities except sales team, career on stake , Fake promises, In 3 years only one time appraisal that to 10% and it’s not about performance because everyone knew who was working and who was not Biggest problem is middle management doesn’t want to work at all, only hirer management or freshers are working

Work Details

There is no work life balance, whenever middle level manager wakes up they want task done their own task as well as our task. Toxic environment because of few people but still they don’t want to remove those people

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
