No hike, No job security, No skill development, they make the employee to complete only targets and nothing more, no work life balance. Waste of time and experience until you know some big shots inside the company to get a promotion or to be considered.

Work culture is very bad. They will make you work for 12-13 hours a day. The managers are supportive but they also work very hard.

Dislikes

The main issue is they make you work for 12-13 hours and they think they can ask you to work anytime.
