Even though the workplace is congested for 'media' specially, 3 - 4 peoples sits next you just like in city buses, this company Good place for fresh campus passout engineers, you guys can rule this place ,dont worry no skills needed and no need to use your brains too, just like you guys do as always, your engineering marksheets n papers is enough. with in a month you can be team leader and some "rock solid industry professional artists" are handed to your in "experienced hands", so once you got your team full of wolfs and you being a whelp, you guys will think yourself as CEO and starts making some egoistic glory decisions and feel proud almost all times, where as in other hand skillful artists think they made a horrible mistake by joining this company, by the time these artists quit the company which in span of 6-8 months, you the fresh passout enginerrr will be a floor manager. P.S., if you are not male then the chances of jumping designations are quick. trust me, its not just my opinion, its collectively gathered opinions among former employes, we have seen a "not male" jumped to designation where responsibilities are included that are only need to be done by VP , that too with out knowing siyat about tools, skills, experiencce in handelling team, with no leadership qualities, just being jumpy, screaming with a maximum pitch just to show i am building silicon city from scratch. wow i can just say more n more . but this gives you a scene i guess....Read More
