For me working with Bygging India ltd is a different type of experience. I have learned lot of things here. Previously I only had ready mix concrete experience. Now after working with BIL I also have experience in chimney construction.

1. There isn't any new work, just repetitive work .Very less technical knowledge will be used . 2. No value of engineer, you will need to do all stupid works like material shifting, arranging material, begging for items as if it's your own work , stealing of material.. since work can't be stopped . 3. No professional behaviour on site . 4. No one cares about you , doesn't matter you come or go 5.
