In AP ERS project was purely for kamma cast people that variation possible only APERS project head Mr.Ramohan.this is very bad . Overall company was good but this type of behaviour is not acceptable. APERS project was not renuied by govt of ap because of operations head behaviour services become poor so purely this damage was strightly operation head.

Salary increment is not happening annually hence there is slower and less increment as compared to such a long tenure of 8+ years, career growth is very slow along with no transparency on documentation sharing, salary and growth aspects (no increment docs, no promotional docs)
