Even after taking lots of store shutdown, company paying 70% salary to Store management, but they should work orther outlet for 3 days in week, and Paid quarantine for if any office related work. Also HR calls every weekly basis to take employee feedback and thier work status.

Dislikes

Top management always follow orthers MNC company rules on ducting salary and cutting salaries, in lockdown pandemic. Also worst part is Top management use unprofessional language if you not complete work on time or if any customer complaint.

Work Details

It's a bit of mental pressure work, especially Stock Variance can't cross Rs.30, management mindset is they are selling Gold not food products. Also they use for worst application for inventory activities, which makes lots of synchronised issue.
