Job not secured at all. Target given by the management always exceeds your potential. Work is alwyas overloaded. Minimum 12-14hours of per day without any overtime. Worst planning ever seen in any management so far. Late payment: No fixed date of payment, Per month's payment given in installments

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
