We did go through a rigorous interview process to identify a strong candidate for this position as it is a critical one for the growth of a brand. We appreciate your feedback and also understand that the pace of our business was not suited to you. As an organization there is a very clear desire to have team members work to goals within a mutually agreed and prescribed timeframe. Unfortunately micro management only ensues when the same isn't achieved. The probation period allows both the individual and the organization to determine whether there is a meeting of expectations.
