BK is respected to all employees

Dislikes

Store management is not good and our store TC ( training champ) behaviour is also bad and my manager is not listening my concern that's why I hate management of some BK store's

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
