The management of the IT department, including the team leads and managers, is subpar. The team is largely composed of individuals from Bihar who demonstrate a lack of professionalism and work etiquette. There is unnecessary yelling on team calls, often driven by personal grudges without any valid reasons. The vision did not flow to the bottom level, it felt that the top management is the only with brain to work it out Mid senior level individuals with no background in Innovation/ Automation asking the bottom to think out of the box, instead of leading from the front .
