The culture that managers have prevailed IS THREATNING AND AWFUL. managers are totally biased, apart from the favorites they hardly listen or give a change to others to speak up. same happens when it comes to taking a break.

Work life balance is the one thing to love it depends on door to door but is truly convenient. Obviously you’ll need to show up whenever the store requires but that’s a rare case. Mostly the company compensates with an equal hour off.
