Dislikes

Don't think about Promotions, only the buttering person will get the Promotion and the one who really belongs to Promotion with his hardwork never pays off. Manager always promote their loved ones in the Team. No Technical skills enhancement programs or trainings offered.

Work Life balance is good and after some time like 1yr you can come in to comfort zone and if you want to retire then I guess Bunge is not bad option. Annually bonus is very high maximum time it is above 120%

Dislikes

Salary gap is huge in same team member with same designation. Some of employees who do slavery of their manager will get good hike and even promotion within few months and those how focus on work rather than slavery have very less to no chance to grow.

It’s not good company to work , there is no career growth.

Dislikes

Management is not good , no one will motivate you even you are giving your best efforts for company , paid parking (Rs 1600) per month you have to pay if you are not at manager position.
