Post exit from the cofounding team, the organization's future is quite questionable. The current management lacks not only the competency to lead, but also the basic understanding of the working dynamic of their own employees. The company has faced two distinct and hefty rounds of layoffs attributed to the lack of planning and management.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company poliare good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
