Likes

As a fresher I have got lots of opportunities to learn about manufacturing processes and time study. Then I was moved to Engineering division where I learnt about engineering behind those manufacturing processes. Finally I joined the planning team where direct application of these two learnings is being used. It is really a good place to learn.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Good

Dislikes

Work-life balance is very poor. I have been asked to stay for nights long and to work through out the whole time. So many holidays are converted into working days, without any prior notice, or within a short period notice. Salary payment is very poor. Sometimes salary of 2 months became due. Lastly office politics against every action will definitely make ones working life measerable.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
