Everything ok for an engineer on particular trade where he is strong & professional. But culture of confirmation is pathetic & politics of various kinds effect here. It may be from running government or running administrative members. I have never seen any company continuing probationary for more than 2yrs. The basic statutory bonus will not be given to probationary employees. For this betting business of company, public or govt. will not support strongly in open manner. But 1 good thing is there is no competition in this type in whole Bangalore city. Some people like this horse sports race. Nice to see in tracks. So many families are depended on this business directly/indirectly. In my overall experience I have served 4+ and given food for my family for that time. Now my age is 43+, I need to saturate .
