They insist you to take leaves so that you can balance your work life.

Dislikes

Promotions are fixed. Not really an employee centric firm as they say. They will transfer you to any LOB without asking you. They don't even check if the person was hired for voice or non-voice they will just simply transfer you whenever and whereever they want.

Good place to learn and grow, incentives are quite less in back office as I am from back office but in EE chats incentives are quite good. Good environment, ample amount of leaves, you can get a promotion based on performance but politics is there. If you manage politics and you are good with your manager than you can get a promotion with ease.
