dissatisfying, inefficient and in-out corrupt frontline managers. local hr is more defective. they are anything else but a local hr. filthy politics and outright setting works here. no basic culture. worst ever place to work.

each and everything about audit team. non qualified and immoral people rule the roost. manager himself is kingpin of corruption.

Positive part is Job security as you won't be fired if your project dissolves, fixed and mostly even appraisals irrespective of market conditions and ample amount of leaves 21AL and 8 SL, 12 Holidays and triple payout on National Holidays.

There are hardly any internal or external trainings. Zero onsite opportunities. Politics is at extreme level due to which there is no growth within the company unless you're are close to hiring manager. There is no mechanism to preserve the ownership of your innovative ideas as someone else will end up being rewarded for your initiatives. The work was monotonous. If you wanted to drive a change then Management wouldn't agree to it as they would see it as a risk instead of innovation. I was bored of my work to be honest.

Work life balance in most cases , you get leaves , generally speaking there is no micro management , good projects to work on in the Network Design and Implementation space , Holiday pay out amount is great.

Dislikes

Transport charges are hefty , night shift allowance is capped to 500 INR which is to less in current scenario.

Less scope of promotion and increament rate is less not getting the same which discussed when hiring. Discussed Bonus amount is not recieved they are providing as per internal declaration amounts.
