Over all a good company. Provides good work life balance. However in specific process management may create needless pressure on work, however that exist every where. Just one issue, compensation is not as good as you would expect.

Seniors are helpful. Good learning opportunities. Nice clientele.

Dislikes

Sole proprietorship, hence immensely bad work culture. Furthermore travelling allowances are not cleared one u resign and perks and bonuses are stripped off in the notice period. Promotion promised but not give and is stalled month after month.
