Workload is insane you have to work for over 20 hours a day for 7 days a week in some instances, Toxic Environment, Work to benefit ratio is non existent, Foul language used by Owners, Owners seriously needs to reconsider their teachings and how to talk to somebody, the company culture is so toxic, the founders and owners are very dangerous humans and they work the people like a prisoner and they themselves are their overlords, the language they use is soo trash that you feel like you are in a slum or in a criminal faction....Read More

Management and their policies... No Salary hike after getting promotion to senior position. You can't take leave if any public holiday are there then you can't take leave before 1 day and after 1 day of public holiday. If you take management will cut your two days salary for this . Management have rights to terminate you any time without notice. In R&D team they just do copy and paste from other resources for proposal work....Read More

Great place to work, monopolistic management but very fair and patient. The inclusiveness in this company and internal evaluation systems are so technically designed and managed that is evident that one will grow and learn in this company, if the person works with 100% dedication.
