There is nothing to like about working here from the water problem in the washrooms to salary and management dictatorship company of 4 mix breed The HR department is the puppet of management The manager yosh ( son of the owner ) don't know anything about the engineering and he have degree from US masters degree

No job security they can fire u at any time if u talk to management harsh then they can fire u if u will disagree with the policies they will fire at immediate effect, if u have no option to work in the whole world then u can come here that's it

Great place to work, monopolistic management but very fair and patient. The inclusiveness in this company and internal evaluation systems are so technically designed and managed that is evident that one will grow and learn in this company, if the person works with 100% dedication. Maybe office premises are very compact for now, but the company is shifting to a new office very soon in a CORPORATE HUB.
